The current actual windows wallet version is 8.7.2. For faster synchronisation you can download the blockchain snapshot from here. Just unpack it using 7-Zip archiver or WinRAR to this folderr: C:\Users\Admin\UserName\Roaming\Fastcoin.

For better connection with fastcoin network add these nodes to fastcoin.conf file:

So I downloaded the individual files for the fastcoin blockchain and moved the files over to the block directory. Where do I type in the command line   -reindex -dbcache=1024     in order for the fastcoin wallet to accept the blocks?
