Stuck Transactions - even with Cryptopia
« on: June 23, 2017, 04:59:54 AM »
I sent out this transaction from Cryptopia:

411451    FST   2500000.10000000   0.00010000   Complete

This was not confirmed in the blockchain.  Cryptopia support says they submitted the transaction.  I am inclined to believe them as I have had about 500 transactions that have been stuck on both 0.8.7.2 and 0.10.2.2 linux (I compiled them myself) clients.  This required doing -zapwallettxes several times (a four day process).  I was able to get a cryptsy wallet from a third party who got it from an auction and I found an off market buyer (who got a really good deal).  The wallet had over 300,000 deposits in 6000 addresses, most of which were from mining (0.1 to 200 per deposit).

Additionally, when originally using 0.8.7.2 I sent out 300 transactions to two addresses (the amount was large and the inputs were small).  most were stuck on my system. 5 were confirmed by Cryptopia, 2 were received but got no confirmations.  Cryptopia says I have 100K pending.

There were no warnings or error messages, it just seemed that rather large transactions (around 50 to 80Kb) were not being transmitted.

Cryptopia may have some transactions in their mem pool that are not transmitting.  Its possible that Fastcoin doesn't easily handle large sized transactions.

After building my own block explorer, I found that the sent transactions from Cryptopia were not stuck, but actually made it into the blockchain.

Not sure whether or not I'm using the wallet correctly, but I tried receiving FST from cryptopia, which was submitted and processed, but it still doesn't appear in my wallet..

Mustafa, put your Wallett address here (FST address resident on your PC wallet/client, not the one on Cryptopia) and I'm sending you 4 FST from my Cryptopia account.
